First, please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Robert M. Carter and my wife is Gail J. Carter. Our residence is located at 854 Prince George Parish Dr., Knoxville, TN 37922.

The purpose in writing directly to you as the manager, is to say thank you to one of your agents.

That salesperson was Debbie Yankey. There is not enough space on this paper or kind words that Gail & I can express to you that you would understand.

Our house was on the market for sale by owner. (Big mistake). As she was driving around in our development, Debbie called me on a Sunday and very ladylike and pleasant discussed with me a client that she was showing homes to and thought there could be an interest in ours.

Moral of story. Debbie shouldered all of the responsibility in the sale of our house January 2004 and we are still hearing from her. Debbie was kind, honest, very business minded and was a lady at all times.

We would like to express our appreciation and gratitude toward the diligence and patience our realtor, Debbie Yankey, has shown us during the sell of our condo and the purchase of our new home. We put our condo on the market during the Thanksgiving holiday season knowing that progress on the sale would be slow because of the holiday timing. We were thrilled when our condo had offers on it by February. What a quick turnaround I!! Debbie worked furiously at marketing our condo in her advertisements, showings, word-of-mouth, and other marketing techniques she used. We could not be more pleased with how efficient and responsive Debbie has been throughout this entire process.

After accepting an offer on our condo in February, we spent a great deal of Debbie's time helping us find a new home. Since this is our first home purchased together, we wanted it to be perfect for us and the family we have started. Debbie has made tat dream a reality! She faxed us listing sheets daily for us to review and make decisions on what homes we wanted to see. She spent hours with us when we were indecisive and wanted to see a home a second time in the same day.

Every question we had was answered, every issue was resolved, and it couldn't have been a smoother process. Debbie was on top of things before we had time to ask her to check them out -it had already been done. Debbie knows how to get things done in a timely manner which relieves stress at a time that is a financially stressful situation anyway.

We would like to thank your company but especially Debbie Yankey for all her time and effort spent on us and in finding us that home "we couldn't live without." Her warmth and concern makes her a genuine delight to work with! This process has been an expedient and smooth transition due to her professionalism, knowledge, and caring attitude.
